Several years ago you sold a property for me in Hawkwood and for my husband in Bridgeland. Since that time you appraised another rental home for myself and my husband. Although we chose to go with a "discount" realtor to sell our rental property we learned that the service and professionalism reflected in that decision was regrettable. Our home was not an easy one to sell, mainly due to location. After three years of marketing our home with a series of "high producing" agents, my wife suggested that I contact Ms. de Diego, who we had previously interviewed. She accepted the listing with full knowledge of what we required from a listing agent, made no promises, and stated that she would do her best. Within 120 days the property sold. During this time, Ms. de Diego provided us with factual reports on her progress. It should be mentioned that we did receive 94% of our asking price in a declining market. Ms. de Diego impressed us with her warm, charming, friendly manner. At all times she maintained a professional, ethical and business-like relationship, providing council and sound reasoning during regular meetings.
